The pants are knitted as flat pieces or in the round with a gusset/increases for shaping; the leg hems are ribbed to hold at the ankle. Final finishing includes weaving in tails, aligning the button bands and a light steam/blocked finish to open the texture.

Hand wash or machine wash on a wool/delicate cycle at 20–30°C in a laundry bag, using a liquid wool/baby detergent. Do not rub or wring: press water out using a towel. Dry flat only on a horizontal surface, shaping the ribbing and bands. Do not dry on a radiator or hang (may stretch). If needed — light steaming through a damp cloth; do not press the iron. Store folded; check button security before use.
