Knitting with needles: the bonnet is worked in 1×1 rib on the right side and the main fabric in stockinette/garter stitch (depending on the section) with increases/decreases for an anatomical shape. The ears are made as separate pieces (semi-circles) and sewn on with a hidden stitch. The booties are knit in a dense fabric with shaping of the toe and instep; a casing/row is made along the top edge for threading ties, the ties are a cord (twisted cord or i-cord).

Materials

Hand wash or delicate machine wash at 30°C in a laundry bag, use a liquid wool/baby detergent. Do not rub or wring — gently press out in a towel only. Dry flat on a level surface, reshaping ears and the booties. Minimal steaming: through a damp cloth, without heavy pressure; do not flatten the rib. Store clean and dry; do not tie the ties in permanent knots to avoid deforming the edge.
