Lullaby Cloud ☁️

The delicate "Lullaby Cloud" set includes a lacy light-blue blanket, a milk‑colored jacket, a soft hat and miniature booties with ties. The calm pastel palette nicely accents the realistic baby doll and creates a cohesive look for a memorable photoshoot or a collector's display. The blanket is especially striking with its rhythmic vertical lace columns. Stitches are generally even, the fit of the garments is neat, and the wooden buttons add a warm natural touch. The work gives a professional impression, although individual close-up shots of each item would allow a more accurate assessment of seams and the wrong side.
Метод вязания и техники
The set is worked mainly on knitting needles combining lace, stockinette and garter stitch. The blue blanket is knitted as a single piece from medium-weight yarn. Its pattern is based on repeating vertical lace columns: yarn-overs create elongated holes, and symmetrical decreases worked over two or three stitches maintain the repeat width. Between the lace strips there are sections of stockinette or narrow textured separators. The edge looks stabilized and holds its shape well after wet/steam blocking. The doll jacket is knitted in stockinette with garter-stitch bands. The fronts are finished with a button closure using wooden buttons; most likely the pieces were worked bottom-up and then joined with a mattress stitch, or the construction was partially seamless. The sleeves taper gently and the cuffs are formed by several rows of garter stitch. The neckline is finished with a neat low band. For a more professional result it is especially important to have the same gauge on both front panels and symmetrical placement of the buttonholes/buttons. The hat is made from textured plush yarn that hides stitch definition and creates a furry effect. Its shape is achieved with even decreases at the crown, and the side pieces cover the ears. The booties are worked either from the sole or from the cuff with toe shaping using short rows and decreases. Long knitted cords serve both decorative and fastening functions. Combining different textures requires separate gauge swatches, careful yarn end weaving, and gentle blocking.
